Ectoparasites: Lice, sprayed with bronco. Young bard owl found tangled in electric fence. The finder was able to cut him out of the fence. Unsure of how long he was tangled for. Upon admission bird was BAR, sitting on hawks in the box and bitey. Strings tangled around both feet and wrapped around the body as well. Cut primaries 5-7 but still a few bent feathers on L wing. Some secondaries on L wing missing. Overall NSF on PE. Gave the bird a quick bath to clear mud from tail, feet, and L wing. Set up in incubator with towel and perch. Immediately perched when let go.
